There are a few reasons why you may not be receiving inquiries in your email account.

The inquiries may be getting blocked from your inbox by your email provider
To confirm whether this is happening, log into your email account and search for emails from sender@messages.homeaway.com. To correct this, adjust your email settings by adding sender@messages.homeaway.com to your address book.

The inquiries may be getting routed to your trash
To confirm whether this is happening, log into your email account and search your bulk, junk, or trash folder for emails from sender@messages.homeaway.com. To correct this, adjust your email settings by creating a rule that routes emails from sender@messages.homeaway.com to your inbox. Refer to your email provider’s Help or Support area for instructions if you are unsure how to do this.
