If you booked your trip through the Book Now/Request to Book feature, you can access your Traveler Account to view details of your reservation. If you have additional questions or need to modify your confirmed reservation, the My Trips section within your traveler account may provide contact information for the owner or manager of the property, who can best assist you. Some reservations may not show if you booked through a partner that uses external software. If you do not see your reservation, you will need to contact the owner or manager of the property directly for assistance by replying to emails you received or contacting Customer Support.
