A traveler account allows you to save and reference useful vacation rental information on our site. This free feature is designed to enrich almost every step of your vacation rental experience, from searching and selecting properties to reviewing a rental after your stay. If you do not already have an account at the time of booking, you may be prompted to create one. After completing your stay, you will be required to log in to your traveler account to submit a property review.
Vacation rental owners and property managers are able to view your Traveler Profile via a link in the email you send to inquire on a property.  Owners and managers can also access Traveler Profiles by clicking on a link in property reviews. We do not share the information you provide in your traveler account information with third parties.

You have access to all of your communication with the property owner or manager using a feature called Inbox.

There is a section titled My Trips which allows you to quickly view trips you have booked through the Book Now/Request to Book feature. Once your reservation is confirmed, you can access contact information, property information, house rules, and safety information for each reservation by clicking on the reservation, which will open a new page with greater detail. Some reservations may not show if you booked through a partner that uses external software. If you do not see your reservation, you will need to contact the owner or manager of the property directly for assistance. Your My Trips displays your trips according to the following breakdown:
  • Upcoming Trips - This section will show your trips that are upcoming. 
  • Past Trips - This section will show trips you have completed in the past.
  • Cancelled Trips - This section will show you trips you have cancelled.
There is a section in your Profile where you can view any reviews you have received from an owner, and any reviews you have left for a stay. You will also be able to see your reputation star rating and any badges you have earned.

How do I create a traveler account?
  1. Click Traveler Login at the top of the page.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click Sign Up.
  4. Enter your name, email address, and password
  5. Enter your name and email address.
  6. Create a new password (must have 6-12 characters including at least one digit).
  7. Click Sign Me Up.
