How does the claims process work?
If you need to cancel your trip, you would file a claim with CSA Travel Protection by filling out a claim form, providing the required documentation, and submitting it to the CSA claims department.

What if I cancel my reservation after I've purchased Cancellation Protection insurance?
If you cancel your reservation and will not be using your Cancellation Protection plan to make a claim, call CSA at (888) 501-3025 to cancel your Cancellation Protection plan. You must call prior to the date you are scheduled to arrive at the rental property and be able to show you have received a full refund for the reservation to receive a refund.
Who is CSA Travel Protection?

CSA Travel Protection is dedicated to providing value-driven travel insurance and emergency assistance services to protect traveler’s vacation investments and provide the peace of mind they deserve while traveling.
