Subscriptions require one annual fee for unlimited inquiries and bookings and charges a 3% credit card/eCheck processing fee per booking. Pay-per-booking requires no upfront fee but charges a 5% commission and 3% credit card/eCheck processing fee per booking. Both types of listings have access to the same inquiry management, calendar, and reservation tools.

The easiest way to see which option is right for you is to consider how many bookings the property receives. The basic rule of thumb is that if it is rented more than six weeks a year, the annual subscription is more viable.

*For property managers using integrated software, off-platform bookings will be subject to additional fees.
