Integrated property managers (IPMs) who use ISILink have the option to invoice their guests.  IPMs who opt for the invoice option will now see the Bill Me tab payment option upon checkout. Billing options must be configured for your HomeAway or VRBO listings.

ISILink IPMs can set up their traveler checkout in one of three ways.
  • Credit card only
  • Invoice (Bill Me) only
  • Credit card and invoice

Select Billing Type
  1. In the main menu click the HomeAway Listing Tools.
  2. From the drop down select the appropriate master brand.
  3. Click Setup booking payment options and select Click here.

For Credit Card Only
  1. In General Configuration click Credit cards required in XML.
  2. One or more credit card types must be checked in the Select Credit Cards to accept section.
  3. Click Activate Credit Cards Usage for Channel Partners.
  4. Both the HomeAway.com and VRBO partners must be selected.
  5. Click Save.

For Credit Card and Invoices
  1. In General Configuration click Credit cards required in XML.
  2. One or more credit card types must be checked in the Select Credit Cards to accept section.
  3. Click Activate Credit Cards Usage for Channel Partners.
  4. Do not select Homeaway.com or VRBO. If selected the account will default to credit card only and invoice will not be an option.
  5. Click Save.

For Invoice Only
  1. Credit Cards Required in XML should not be checked.
  2. No credit card types should be checked in the Select Credit Cards to Accept section
  3. Click Save.
