Setting up text alerts
  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. If you have more than one listing, click the one you want to edit.
  3. Click Edit Listing.
  4. Click the Contact tab.
  5. Scroll down to the Mobile Access section.
  6. Select your country code from the dropdown box. 
  7. Enter your full mobile number, excluding the country code.
  8. Click Save Changes
  9. Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number.
  10. Click Save Changes.
Owners who respond within the first three hours of receiving an inquiry or booking request are two and a half times more likely to get the booking than owners who wait 24 hours or more. Receiving your inquiries and booking requests via text message (SMS) is one way to be notified of a rental inquiry and respond quickly.
