Tags is a feature in the Property Manager Dashboard that allows you to create personalized groups to manage your properties more easily and filter when needed. This is especially helpful for PMs with large inventories. You can create any tags you want and add a listing to one or more groups.

How to create tags

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click PM Tools in the left navigation menu.
  3. Click Manage Tags
  4. Click the New tag box
  5. Enter your desired tag description
  6. Click Save

How to apply tags to your listings

  1. Go to Select a property
  2. Click See all properties
  3. Use the check box to select a property or properties you want to apply a tag to
  4. Click the Tags drop down and select the desired tags you want applied to the selected listings
  5. Click Apply

How to filter results by their tag

  1. Go to Select a property
  2. Click See all properties
  3. From the All tab, click the Tags drop down menu and select the desired tag
  4. Click Apply filters & search

Once you are done viewing the filtered results, you will need to click Remove filters to see your entire inventory again.
