To add a seasonal rate
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. If you have more than one listing, click on the one you want to edit.
  3. Click on the Calendar icon in the left navigation menu.
  4. Select Rates from the drop down menu.
  5. From the drop down box select Seasonal pricing.
  6. Enter your season's name in the Season name box.
  7. Select the start and end dates for your season.
  8. From the drop down box select the minimum night stay requirement.
  9. Enter your nightly, weekly and / or monthly rates.
  10. Click Add.
  11. Click Save.
A seasonal rate covers a range of dates with configurable rates. You can have a maximum of 52 seasonal rates configured up to 5 years in advance.
