If you have a reservation that was not requested through the HomeAway platform, you can enter it manually and send your guest a Payment Request.

  1. Login to your account.
  2. If you have more than one listing, click on the appropriate property.
  3. Click Calendar.
  4. Click the plus sign icon (+) at the top of the page. This will take you to the Add Reservation page.
  5. Complete reservation details including a valid email address of the traveler.
  6. Click Save & Add Payment Request or Save.
