You can view and respond to all your enquiries through your HomeAway.co.uk Dashboard.
To view traveller enquiries:
1. Login to your account. If you have more than one listing, navigate to the appropriate listing.
2. Click Enquiries on the left.
3. You have the option to Reply Available, Reply Unavailable or Custom. You can edit these templates to make them personal to you. Click here for information about the automatic replies.
All enquiries are forwarded automatically to your personal email account. If you are not receiving emails into your inbox, we recommend you check your spam or deleted items folder, as it is possible that our emails are going there.
You can also opt for free SMS alerts. This free service simply allows you to respond to enquiries faster.
