How do I view traveller enquiries?

You can view all your enquiries through your Owners Direct account. All you enquiries are stored in your account but we also forward every enquiry to your personal email account, and you can also opt for SMS alerts free of charge.


To view your traveller enquiries:
1. Login to your account. If you have more than one listing, navigate to the appropriate listing.
2. Click View enquiry emails.



3. Answer your security question, re-enter your password and click Submit.
4. You can then see all your enquires. The most recent will be at the top.
