If you do not hear back within 48 hours of inquiring about a vacation rental, it is best to inquire on additional properties.
It can be frustrating to inquire on a property and not receive a response right away. We encourage vacation rental owners and property managers to reply within 24-48 hours to accept or decline a booking. There is a chance that the owner/manager is temporarily without access to email or voice mail and simply cannot respond to you.
You can inquire two ways: using the form to email the owner or manager, and calling the contact phone number on the listing if one is posted. If you do not see a phone number, submit an inquiry on a property using the form, then navigate back to the listing to view the contact phone number. Some owners/managers elect to show their phone number only to travelers who have inquired.
* To double check that your inquiry was delivered to the owner/manager, look in your email account for an inquiry confirmation email from us.
* Owner/manager responses can go directly to your email Junk/Spam folder, depending on your personal email settings. Check that folder and adjust your settings if necessary to allow future inquiry responses to go into your inbox.
