It can be frustrating to enquire on a property and not receive a response right away. We encourage all of our advertisers to reply within 24-48 hours to accept or decline a booking. There is a chance that the owner/manager is temporarily without access to email or voice mail and simply cannot respond to you. If you do not hear back from an owner/manager after 48 hours, it is best to enquire on additional properties. You can enquire using the form on the listing and/or call the contact phone number on the listing if one is posted. If you do not see a phone number, submit an enquiry on a property, then navigate back to the listing to view the contact phone number. Some owners/managers elect to show their phone number only to travellers who have enquired. Troubleshooting - To double check that your enquiry was delivered to the owner/manager; look in your email account for an enquiry confirmation email from us. - Owner/manager responses can go directly to your email Junk/Spam folder, depending on your personal email settings. Check that folder and adjust your settings if necessary to allow future enquiry responses to go into your inbox.
