Owners Direct gives holiday home owners the chance to offer limited-time price reductions, availability due to cancelled bookings, or just more exposure through our Special Offers. A Special Offer on your property runs for 2 weeks at a time. The Special Offer, which costs £19 plus VAT if applicable, allows owners to write a single line of text showcasing their discount or promotion. An example might be, "First two weeks in November reduced by 25% due to cancellation." An expiry date will be set once the offer is showing on our website. There are several ways in which we promote properties with a Special Offer: 1. The text describing your price reduction will be displayed beneath your property listing. 2. Your advert will appear within the special offer listing within the "advanced search" function. 3. Renters can access the dedicated “Special Offers” page to search by region. To run a Special Offer select "Purchase a special offer" in the "edit property details" section of your Admin Manager. |
