How do I receive text alerts (SMS) when travelers inquire?

Setting up text alerts
1. Log into your account.
2. Select a listing.
3. Click Edit Listing on the left side of the page.
4. Under the SMS field, select your correct country code and enter your full mobile number, excluding the country code.
5. Check the box next to the words Send me a text message every time I get an inquiry.
6. Save your changes.

Owners who respond within the first three hours of receiving an inquiry are two and a half times more likely to get the booking than owners who wait 24 hours or more. Receiving your inquiries via SMS (text message) is one way to be notified of a rental inquiry and respond quickly.
