What are SMS alerts?

The key to converting an enquiry into a booking is to respond quickly. Our research shows that over 50% of travellers book with an owner who responds to their enquiry within 3 hours, whilst only 29% booked with an owner who took up to 24 hours to reply and less than 10% with owners who took up to 3 days. If you're looking to boost your bookings, sign up to receive enquiries on your mobile phone. You will still continue to receive enquiries by email, and they will still be visible in your Owners Direct account. This free service simply allows you to respond to enquiries faster.

To set up free SMS alerts:
1. Login to your account.
3. Under the About you section, click Update contact details.
2. Enter the answer to your security question and enter your password in again. Click Submit.

4. Next to SMS notification number, enter the SMS number that you wish to receive notifications at (Please do not include the international dialling code only the country code.)
5. Click on Update to save your SMS number.

Please allow approximately 45 minutes for SMS alerts to be sent from the moment a traveller enquires about your property.

The SMS message your receive will come fromĀ  +447860003006. To make sure you always know who our messages have come from, please save this number as Owners Direct in your contact address book.
