For all listing subscriptions purchased before September 6, 2012, HomeAway, Inc. guarantees that during the first year of your first VRBO.com one-year subscription, you will receive paid rental bookings from your VRBO listing equal to at least 10 times the cost of your subscription. If you do not receive bookings equal to 10 times your subscription fee from your first one year of membership, notify VRBO.com support and your subscription will be extended for six additional months for free. This guarantee does not apply to timeshare units or to properties offered for a single rental time period. It also does not apply to listings that do not display the maximum number of photos included in a basic membership during a minimum of 11 of the 12 months that the listing is online. Please note that we are unable to review eligibility for the Satisfaction Guarantee until an owner is in their 12th month of service. Listing subscriptions that were purchased or renewed on or after September 6, 2012 are subject to the No Booking, No Fee Guarantee. |
