How do I sign up to accept online payments through Reservation Manager?

Setting up online payments for the Book it Now button:
 
1. Log into your account 
2. Click Payments.
3. Select your nationality and the location of your bank from the drop down boxes. 
4. Click Get Started Now.
5. Select the Book it Now button option and click Continue
6. Enter the Fees and Taxes to include in each reservation quote and click Next
7. Review/edit your rates and click Next.
8. Select your payment schedule and click Next.
9. Select a cancellation policy from the drop down box. 
10. Upload or type in your rental agreement.
11. Click Finish
12. Click Continue to set up your online payments and booking account with VacationRentPayment.
13. Review the information in the Your Personal and Rental Property sections.
14. Select your preferred payment method from the drop down box.
15. Enter the routing and bank account numbers for the account that you want to receive traveler payments.
16. Select the account type from the drop down box. 
17. Enter the last four digits of your social security number. 
18. Review and accept the Client Service Agreement and Terms and Conditions. 
19. Click Finish.
 
To set up online payments without the Book it Now button:
 
1. Log into your account 
2. Click Payments.
3. Select your nationality and the location of your bank from the drop down boxes. 
4. Click Get Started Now.
5. Select the No Book it Now button option.
6. Click Continue to set up your online payments and booking account with VacationRentPayment. 
6a. If you already have an account with PayPros, you may link it to ReservationManager by clicking Link my Account.
7. Review the information in the Your Personal and Rental Property sections.
8. Select your preferred payment method from the drop down box.
9. Enter the routing and bank account numbers for the account that you want to receive traveler payments.
10. Select the account type from the drop down box. 
11. Enter the last four digits of your social security number. 
12. Review and accept the Client Service Agreement and Terms and Conditions. 
13. Click Finish
 
A message appears within 30 seconds letting you know if your account is approved and ready to start processing payments online.
 
A small percentage of applicants may be placed into a Check-in Payment account or may not qualify for ReservationManager. With the Check-in Payment account, payments are disbursed to the vacation rental owner or property manager one day after the traveler has checked into the property.
 
ReservationManager is currently available to HomeAway.com, HomeAway.co.uk and VRBO.com members.
