Scheduling a payment request via ReservationManager
1. Log into your account and navigate to the appropriate listing.
2. Click Inquiries on the left side of the page.
3. Click on the inquiry you want to book.
4. Click Book It!
5. Enter the payment information (rental amount, sales/lodging tax, damage protection, etc) and click Next.
6. Select your payment schedule. More than one payment can be selected unless the reservation is within the next 30 days. Click Next.
7. Complete the rental agreement. Copy and paste your agreement into the text box, or attach a PDF document. Click Next.
8. Review or customize a message to your guest.
9. Confirm your scheduled payment request and click Send and Schedule Now.
Once booked, a complete history of quotes and payment requests are shown on the Payment Details tab.
