To edit your name, email, or phone number as it appears in your ReservationManager inquiry response templates (Reply as Available or Reply Unavailable):
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click Settings.
3. Select the template you would like to edit.
4. Replace "OWNER_NAME" (or "GUEST_NAME" or "OWNER_EMAIL" or "OWNER_PHONE") with what you would like to appear in the template.
5. Click Save.
You also have the option of editing a template manually after clicking Reply as Available or Reply Unavailable when responding to an inquiry.
While you can edit the name that appears on an inquiry response, you cannot edit the name that appears on a payment request. The name that appears on the payment request is the name that was used when signing up for online payments.
