Why is my traveler receiving a Contact Owner error message when attempting to make a payment?

The ReservationManager system does not allow a traveler to make a payment for dates that are marked as Reserved on your calendar. 
 
If you have marked your traveler’s dates as Reserved on your calendar before sending the payment request, the system prevents the traveler from submitting a payment. This feature was implemented to help prevent double bookings. 
 
Instead of marking the dates as Reserved on the calendar, mark them as Tentative. This allows the traveler to make a payment. After your traveler submits their payment, ReservationManager automatically changes the status of the request from Tentative to Reserved on your calendar.
