The Reviews process for travellers

Process for publishing reviews
1. A traveller submits a review via an owners listing on our website, or through a review request sent by the owner. Please not the traveller will need to have a traveller account with our site or log in using Facebook to submit a review.
2. We email the traveller to confirm that they wrote the review.
3. Our moderation team reads the review to ensure that it complies with our Content Guidelines.
4. The review is approved, and we notify the owner or property manager via email. 
5. In the notification email from us, there is a link which the owner can click in order to post an optional Owner Response to the review.
6. Reviews can take up to seven days to appear on a listing.
