How to modify, resend or cancel a payment request

A payment request can not be changed once it has been sent. If you need to modify, cancel, or resend a payment request, you will need to cancel and recreate the reservation and payment request using the instructions below:

1. Log into your account.
2. If you have more than one listing, navigate to the appropriate listing.
3. To cancel the original payment request, click Payments on the left side of the page
4. Click on the payment request you wish to cancel.
5. Click Cancel Request on the right side.
6. Click Calendar on the left.
7. To recreate the reservation, click the icon at the top that reads New Reservation when you hover over it.
8. Select Tentative as the type.
9. Enter the rest of the information (dates, names, contact info, e-mail address, etc.).
10. Click Save.
11. Click Book It! to resend a payment request to the traveler.
