Replying to inquiries
1. Log into your account.
2. If you have multiple properties, click on the one you want to work with.
3. Click Inquiries.
4. Click on the appropriate inquiry.
5. From the Reply dropdown box select Available, Unavailable, or Custom.
6. Review / edit your message to the traveler.
7. Click Add quote to include a rental rate quote or click Reply without quote.
