To have a property manager manage your listing, you’ll need to add your property manager’s telephone numbers and email address to your listing so that travelers can send inquiries directly to the management company. To add your property manager’s contact information: 1. Log in to your account. 2. If you have more than one listing, click Choose a Property at the top and navigate to the appropriate listing. 3. Hover over Edit Listing and click Contact. 4. If you wish to override the Inquiry Phone Number 1 telephone number for the account, in the Inquiry Phone Number 1 section, click on “Use this unique number” indicator and enter the telephone number in the field. 5. If you wish to override the Inquiry Phone Number 2 telephone number for the account, in the Inquiry Phone Number 2 section, click on “Use this unique number” indicator and enter the telephone number in the field. 6. If you wish to enter an email address to receive inquiries specific to this listing, in the Inquiry Email Address section, click on the “Use this unique email” indicator and enter the email address in the field. 7. Click Save.
