In general, a listing is published on Owners Direct in around four working days after we receive payment and the listing has been completed and contains the required information. Once an owner or property manager has submitted the required information, our production team make sure the listing meets our security and quality requirements and follows our website's terms and conditions. If a listing is incomplete, you can login at any time to update your listing. When your listing is ready and available on the site for renters, we will send a full confirmation e-mail to you along with your new property reference number.
