To upload or replace your Property Story photo: 1. Log into your account. 2. Select the listing you wish to edit. 3. Click Edit Listing on the left side of the screen. 4. Click the Description tab. 5. Scroll down to the Property Story section and click Upload Photo. 6. Click Browse and select the photo you’d like to upload. Click Open. 7. Click Upload Image. 8. Click Save. The image goes live instantly. Once it is live, it is reviewed for quality and security purposes. If the image is rejected in the review process, we will remove the photo and notify you via email. To remove a Property Story photo: 1. Log into your account. 2. If you have more than one listing, navigate to the appropriate listing. 3. Click Edit Listing on the left side of the screen. 4. Click the Description tab. 5. Scroll down to your owner profile photo in the Property Story section. 6. Click Remove Photo next to your Property Story photo. 7. Click Save. Property Story photo requirements - Photo must be of the vacation rental owner or property manager. - We cannot accept photos that do not display a person, such as photos of your property, your pet, URLs or other advertisements. - Your photo size must be a minimum of 320 x 240 pixels. |
