If you want to advertise a property with separate rental units within the same building or complex, our multi-unit option offers you a simple and cost effective way to advertise all your rental units on HomeAway.co.uk. You can add up to 4 additional units to each listing. When you advertise a multi-unit property with us, each rental unit will be displayed separately in search results as individual listings. However, they are linked together on your main listing so you get maximum exposure for every unit. You will have the same main description and photographs for all your units, but will have a separate section to describe the facilities for each unit. Your first unit is charged at the standard (Classic level) advert rate of £249 (€299) for 12 months. You can choose a higher Subscription Level if you want. You can then add additional rental units to this listing for just £129 (€159) each (up to 4 units). If you are adding rental units after your listing has gone live, you will be charged on a pro rata basis of £10.75 (€13.25) per rental unit for each month left on your subscription to HomeAway.co.uk.
