The inquiries may be getting blocked from your inbox by your email provider
To confirm whether this is happening, log into your email account and search for emails from firstname.lastname@example.org. To correct this, adjust your email settings to permit inquiry emails from VRBO.com. You can do this by adding email@example.com to your address book.
The inquiries may be getting routed to your trash
To confirm whether this is happening, check your bulk or trash folder. To correct this, adjust your email settings to route inquiry emails from VRBO.com. You can do this by creating a rule that routes emails from firstname.lastname@example.org to your inbox. Refer to your email provider’s Help or Support area for instructions if you are unsure how to do this.
When to contact us
If you see any filters or routing settings that are sending inquiries into your trash, and you did not put them in place, please click Contact Us on the right and let us know, as this may indicate a security breach on your email account.
