Missing enquiries

Enquiry emails are held on our server for 30 to 90 minutes before being sent on to the owner. This holding period allows us to screen them for scams and spam messages.

If you are not receiving your enquiry emails, it is possible they are going to your junk mail folder. To view information on how to ensure that your enquiries are delivered to your email inbox, please click here.

Please note that you can also see your Email enquiries by logging in to your Advertisement Manager and going to the "View enquiry emails" link (in the 'Edit property details' section). You may also wish to consider registering to receive SMS text messages to alert you each time we send you a new enquiry. Please reply to this email and let us know if you would like us to add an SMS number to your account.

If you continue to have trouble receiving enquiries, it may be a good idea to contact your internet service provider (ISP), as they may have upgraded their security settings.
