Manually marking an invoice as paid

To manually mark an invoice as paid, please follow the steps below. 

1. Log in to your account.
2. If you have more than one listing, click on the one you want to work with.
3. Click Payments.
4. Click on the payment you want to work with.
5. Click Mark Paid.
 
If the payment request includes Property Damage Protection the Mark Paid option is not available.  Please follow the steps below mark an invoice with Property Damage Protection as paid. 
 
If the reservation has a single payment request, please follow the steps below. 
 
1. Log in to your account.
2. If you have more than one listing, click on the one you want to work with.
3. Click Payments.
4. Click payment you want to work with.
5. Click Traveler View.
6. Enter payment information.
7. Click Submit Payment.
 
If the reservation has multiple payment requests, please follow the steps below.
 
1. Log in to your account.
2. If you have more than one listing, click on the one you want to work with.
3. Click Payments.
4. Click on the payment you want to work with.
5. Click Cancel Request.
6. Go to PropertyDamageProtection.com
7. Select the appropriate Property Damage Protection amount (should match what is shown in the payment request).
8. Click Continue.
9a. If the payment you received from the traveler included the cost of Property Damage Protection select the Pay now option and enter your credit card information. 
9b. If the payment you received from the traveler did not include the cost Property Damage Protection then select the Request guest payment option. 
10. Fill in the requested fields and click Generate Custom Link. 
11. Send the custom link to the traveler and have them make a payment for the Property Damage Protection.
