There are a few reasons why you may not be receiving your inquiries; we’ve outlined a few suggestions that may resolve the problem.
Remember, you can always view inquiries directly from your VRBO.com account by following the instructions below:
1. Log into your account.
2. If you have more than one listing, navigate to the appropriate listing.
3. Click Inquiries on the left side of the page.
4. Open the appropriate inquiry by clicking on it.
We store your inquiries online so that no matter what your email address, your inquiries are accessible and stored for future reference.
Check your spam settings on your email account, as the inquiries may be getting blocked as spam. You may need to allow email from VRBO.com specifically (add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book). Check your bulk or trash folder to be sure our email is not going there without your knowledge. You may also want to contact your ISP (internet service provider) if you cannot receive the email.
Check your filter and routing settings on your email account. Please refer to your email provider’s Help area for specific instructions. If you see any filters or routing settings that you did not put in place, please click Contact Us on the right and let us know, as it may indicate a security breach on your email account.
