How do I log into my account?

Logging in
1. Go to VRBO.com.
2. Click Owner Login at the top right of the page.

3. Enter your account email address and password.

If you do not know your account email address, call us for assistance. Customer Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week .



Contacting Customer Support by phone
1. Click Contact Us on the right side of your screen.
2. Select the Phone tab.
3. Fill out the online support form.
4. Click Submit. We will call you immediately.

Resetting your password
1. Go to the VRBO.com homepage.
2. Click Owner Login at the top right corner of the page.
3. Click Forgot Password?
4. Enter your VRBO.com listing number OR the email address you registered with and click Submit.
5. An email containing a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address on record for your account. The reset link contained in the email will remain “live” for 24 hours. If you do not receive the password reset email shortly after, please check your junk mail/spam folder.

You will be required to answer security questions that you set up when you opened your account. If you are unable to provide the correct answers online, contact Customer Support by phone using the instructions above.
