When a review is approved for your listing, we send an owner notification email, which includes a link to the Owner Response form for that review. You can respond to the review by clicking the link in that email, entering your response, and clicking Submit. You can also respond to a review through your dashboard.
To submit an Owner Response on your review:
1. Login to your account.
2. If you have more than one listing, navigate to the appropriate listing
3. Click Reviews on the left.
4. Click on the + on the right side of the review.
5. Click Response.
6. Type your response and check to make sure it complies with the guidelines listed here.
7. Click Submit Response.
As long as your response complies with our guidelines, it will go live after being moderated by our team.
Your response will show below the traveller's comments on the review.
