All reviews on a listing will be shown on date order of when they were submitted. A Featured Review is a review you have chosen to be 'featured' as the first review on the main page of your listing, regardless of when it was submitted. To select your Featured Review, simply use the Owners Response link found in the notification email for the review you would like to feature, check the box underneath Featured Review, and click Submit. If you have deleted the review notification email, please let us know which review you want to feature by contacting us with the title of the review, and we will be happy to make the change for you.
