Once a traveller submits a review on a property, our staff are not able to edit it.
We are unable to modify reviews for legal reasons (specifically, the laws that require that user-generated content, otherwise known as reviews, be the result of the guest’s efforts alone) and because the review reflects the traveller's personal thoughts and opinions on the stay.
In order to make changes to the review, your guest must contact us directly to request that we retract their review, after which they will be able to edit and resubmit the review.
