An eCheck, also known as ACH (Automated Clearing House), is a direct debit from a traveler’s bank account to your bank account.
Are eCheck payments free?
eCheck payments are included free of charge.
There is a $25 fee for any eChecks that are returned for having insufficient funds, also known as a bounced check.
Why am I required to offer credit cards via Reservation Manager?
We want to make booking a vacation rental online as quick and easy as booking a hotel. Because U.S. travelers overwhelmingly prefer to pay by credit card, a key step towards simplifying the online booking process is to offer credit card payments via ReservationManager.
Can I opt out of eChecks?
No, you cannot opt out of eChecks. You can indicate Credit Card payments as your preferred option.
