When you advertise on HomeAway.co.uk your listing is automatically translated and published on 20 market-leading HomeAway sites across the USA, Europe and Australia. In terms of coverage of travellers in the UK, we find that even though the demographic the sites appeal to is very similar, Owners Direct and HomeAway.co.uk reach a different audience with over 75% of travellers who visit one of the sites not visiting the other site. As such, we’ve found that owners who advertise on both sites can potentially double their enquiries and bookings. In terms of performance, both the sites do very well and which site does better for a specific owner depends very much on the location of the property, the type of property and its price as well as how well each site fares in any given area.
