Changing your security questions and/or answers

To update your security questions:
1. Login to your Owners Direct account.
2. Click Update security questions under the About you section



3. Select questions one and two from the drop-downs, and enter your answers below. You will be required to answer one of these questions each time you wish to view or change any sensitive information in your account. Question three is a free format question. You will be asked this question whenever you contact our customer service team via telephone.
4. Re-enter your password and click Update.
