To update your security questions: 1) Log into your account 2) Enter your security question answers and click Submit 3) Under “About you,” click “Update security questions” 4) Select questions one and two from the dropdowns, and enter your answers below. You will be required to answer one of these questions each time you log into our secure customer site. Question three is a free format question. You will be asked this question whenever you contact our customer service team. 5) Click “Update” |
