To update your password: 1) Log into your account 2) Enter your security question answers and click Submit 3) Under “About you,” click “Update password” 4) Enter your existing password, your new password, and then confirm your new password by entering it again. Then click “Update.” Your new password must be 7-12 characters in length and must contain both numbers and letters. Your new password must not be based on your name or user name, a common word or name, or any previous password that you have used. |
