The process for publishing reviews
* A traveler submits a review via our website.
* The traveler is sent an email requesting they confirm that they submitted the review.
* Our moderation team reads the review to ensure that it complies with our Content Guidelines.
* When the review is approved, we send an email notification to the vacation rental owner or property.
* The notification email to the owner contains a link to post an optional Owner Response to the review.
* Reviews can take up to seven days to appear on a listing.
