How much information about the reservation can I enter? You can enter arrival and departure dates and times, reservation status, guest contact details, number in the party and any additional notes about the booking. Do I have to enter all this information to create a reservation? No. The only required information is the arrival and departure dates plus the status (reserved, tentative or not available for rent). Will travelers be able to see guest information on my live calendar? No. Only you will be able to access this information by logging into your account. The traveler will only be able to see which dates are available or unavailable. Other information such as tentative reservations and guest information is for your eyes only. |
