* Owner must have a social security number.
* Owner must be as U.S. citizen.
* Owner must have a U.S. bank account.
Residence of Austria, Canada, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom
* Owner must have a passport number.
* Owner must be a citizen of one of the countires listed above.
* Owner must have a bank account in one of the countries listed above.
