To change your name, personal address, email address, or phone number on your INTERNAL VacationRentals.com account: 1. Log in to your account. 2. Under Account Info on the right side of the page, click the Contact Preferences link. 3. Under the orange Account Info heading, you can change your personal address on that page. If you add a new address, click "Save information" at the bottom of the page. 4. If you need to update your name, email address, or phone number, click the "change contact information" link. 5. Type in your password and security answers and update the necessary contact fields (type the new information over the old). 6. Click the "Save" button when you're finished. If you updated your email address, you will receive a verification email at your new address. Please open this email and click the link inside in order to begin receiving emails at this new address. To change the contact name or phone number on your live, PUBLIC VacationRentals.com listing, please follow the steps below: 1. Log in to your account. 2. Click Edit next to "Listing Details" underneath your listing. 3. Enter the contact information you want travelers to see under the "listing contact information" heading. 4. Click Save at the bottom of this page and the next page. If you changed your name or phone number and don't see the change reflected on your listing, push the F5 button at the top of your keyboard to fully refresh your browser (or you may need to reboot your computer). You should then see the changes appear. |
